Founding Director
Melsie Almeida
Maritime, Ports, Logistics & Government Advisory
Mrs. Melsie Alvestine Almeida provides leadership and institutional guidance to Lily Asia’s maritime, ports, logistics, infrastructure and government advisory practice.
Her career spans Civil Defence, Air India and Mumbai Port Trust, with significant exposure to public-sector systems, documentation and interdepartmental coordination.

Mr. Alvestine Pascal Almeida leads Lily Asia’s multidisciplinary work across architecture, planning, interiors, infrastructure, maritime, ports and logistics.
His experience combines Mahindra & Mahindra automotive-sector systems leadership with hands-on architecture, interiors and construction execution through Sharmilee Interior and Exterior.

He also brings practical expertise in spatial planning, civil works, electrical and HVAC coordination, finishing and site management.
