Strategy Direction & transformation Lily Asia is led by two founding directors whose complementary careers bring together public institutions, enterprise systems, architecture, planning, interiors, infrastructure and project execution.

Mrs. Melsie Alvestine Almeida provides leadership and institutional guidance to Lily Asia’s maritime, ports, logistics, infrastructure and government advisory practice.
Her career spans Civil Defence, Air India and Mumbai Port Trust, with significant exposure to public-sector systems, documentation and interdepartmental coordination.
She worked across the Estate, Legal, Accounts and Chief Engineer’s Departments at Mumbai Port Trust, building strong familiarity with institutional procedures, administrative rigor and public-sector functioning. At Lily Asia, she strengthens governance, confidentiality and institutional relationships. She is officially recorded as one of the company’s first Directors.

Mr. Alvestine Pascal Almeida leads Lily Asia’s multidisciplinary work across architecture, planning, interiors, infrastructure, maritime, ports and logistics.
His experience combines Mahindra & Mahindra automotive-sector systems leadership with hands-on architecture, interiors and construction execution through Sharmilee Interior and Exterior.
He has worked across SAP R/3, MAPICS, IBM AS/400, UNIX, FOXPRO, MS Access, SQL, Oracle and client-server environments, with application design and process automation experience. He also brings practical expertise in spatial planning, civil works, electrical and HVAC coordination, finishing and site management. He is formally identified as one of the company’s first Directors.
