AI, Chatbot and Automated Tools Notice

This Notice applies if the Lily Asia website introduces a chatbot, automated assistant, generative-AI feature, automated document tool or similar capability.

Effective date: 19 July 2026  |  Version 1.0

1. Disclosure

An automated feature should be clearly identified. Users should not assume that an automated response has been reviewed by a human professional.

2. Appropriate use

Automated responses are for preliminary navigation or general information and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific project. They do not constitute professional advice or a binding representation.

3. Personal and confidential information

Users should not submit confidential project material, personal data, passwords, financial credentials, restricted documents or sensitive information to an automated tool unless the interface expressly states that such use is authorised and secure.

4. Human review

Material decisions concerning engagement, recruitment, pricing, eligibility or contractual rights should not be made solely by an automated tool. A human review channel should be available.

5. Data use

Prompts and outputs may be logged for security, quality and troubleshooting. They must not be used to train a third-party model unless that use is disclosed and an appropriate legal basis, contract and safeguards are in place.

6. Contact

Concerns about an automated feature may be sent to business@lilyinasia.com.
