1. Service and transactional communications
We may send communications necessary to respond to an enquiry, administer a proposal or engagement, provide requested material, confirm an event registration, address security or comply with law. These are not treated as marketing merely because they mention relevant services.
2. Marketing communications
Newsletters, event invitations, insight updates and promotional messages are sent where there is consent or another lawful basis. Marketing consent should be separate, specific and optional, and a person should not be required to accept marketing in order to submit a general enquiry.
3. Opt-out
Marketing emails should include a clear unsubscribe method. A person may also email “Unsubscribe” to the privacy contact. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that the preference is respected.
4. Business contacts
We may communicate with professional contacts using business details where the communication is relevant to their role, prior interaction or expressed interest, subject to applicable law and a simple opt-out.
5. Recording and monitoring
Calls or online meetings are not recorded unless participants are informed and an appropriate basis exists. Security and delivery logs may be retained for operational purposes.
6. Fraud prevention
Official communications should originate from verified Lily Asia channels. Suspected impersonation, invoice fraud or suspicious messages should be reported to business@lilyinasia.com and verified using a known telephone number before any payment or disclosure.
