“Lily”, “Lily Asia”, the Lily logo, taglines and related visual identifiers may be trademarks or proprietary brand assets. They may not be copied, modified, used in a domain name, social-media handle, advertisement, proposal, press release or other publication without prior written permission.

Some materials may contain client, partner, licensor or public-source content. Use of such materials remains subject to the rights and restrictions of the relevant owner.

You retain ownership of material submitted through the website. You grant Lily Asia a limited, non-exclusive right to receive, store, reproduce and use the material solely to respond to the submission, evaluate an opportunity, administer recruitment, maintain security, comply with law and perform any later agreed engagement.

A person who believes that website content infringes intellectual-property rights should send a detailed notice to business@lilyinasia.com, identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, contact details, a statement of good-faith belief and evidence of authority. We may remove or restrict material while reviewing the notice.
