Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the Lily Asia website. By using the website, the visitor agrees to these Terms. A separate signed proposal, work order, engagement letter or contract governs any professional assignment.

The website provides general information about Lily Asia, its capabilities, experience, sectors, insights, people, opportunities and contact channels. Website content is not a binding offer to provide services.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The website is intended primarily for adult business and professional users.

Viewing the website, sending an enquiry or receiving a preliminary response does not create a client, adviser, fiduciary, agency, partnership or other professional relationship. Such a relationship arises only through a written engagement accepted by authorised representatives.
